A huge thank you to everyone who made a submission to the Environmental Protection Authority (EPA) in December — your support has been overwhelming and showed just how much this bushland matters.

It’s important to know that the proposal to clear the bushland at Erindale Road is being assessed at TWO levels:

🟠 State (WA EPA)
🔵 Commonwealth (EPBC Act)

❗ Both approvals are mandatory. Should either approval be refused, the proposal cannot lawfully proceed.

👉 Next step: Submissions to the EPA have closed, but we have until 5pm 2 February to double our chances of saving these Endangered Banksia Woodlands, by sending in a submission to the EPBC.

Increase impact by CC'ing your local Federal MP as well
